Good morning Paul Mark and Travis finished up here on Wednesday and I just wanted to let you know we are very happy with the outcome. Our house would have been a real challenge to most painters but Mark was never daunted and found a way to get the job done despite the many issues confronting him along the way. Thank you for assigning Mark to our job. He was ably assisted by Travis.
Mark and Travis went about the business of painting our house in a very professional manner and were at all times courteous to us and mindful of inconveniencing us as little as possible. This would have posed a problem for them given that painting 3/4 of the exterior of the house could only be accessed via our kitchen/dining area. In short they were terrific. We hope you and your family have a happy and relaxing Christmas

Paul from Warren and Sons was recommended to us by an associate for the external work on our building at Brendale. His quote was the best we received from three suppliers. Paul attended to the job with a minimum of fuss and produced a great result. He even worked on the weekend to minimise any interruptions to our work site. I just want to tell you that your “boys” are doing a fabulous job. They are gorgeous, well mannered and respectful. I just wanted you to know, as they need a BIG PAY RISE.
Seriously, people seldom say positive things, you only get to hear if things go wrong….
Anyway, I want to thank you for your help. Can you ask the boys to park further up the driveway as the plumber will be here to finish off the guttering and the gardeners will be here to clear the creepers growing up the posts and clear plants from the pool area. They will have a big trailer to take the rubbish to the dump.
Let me know when you are ready for scones, jam and cream for morning tea and it will be done!!
